Little is recorded about R.Goodwin although his name is shown as the organiser of several Sports Days and Social Functions. He also assisted with the new School Of Arts building in 1915. Andrew John Ellem was unmarried at the time of the store opening. John, as he was in a farming partnership with William Blackley at that time. It is noted that besides the Glenreagh Store, he began others in Nana Glen and later in Grafton although he didn't remain in business.
